Shamit Khemka: Result orientation makes you focused!

Shamit Khemka is a strong supporter of result oriented thinking and believes that only result oriented people are focused enough to make things actually happen. Those who are not bothered about result end up being nowhere because they are not sure where they need to go and what needs to be done to get there!

Result oriented people are almost always busy looking for some faster, unconventional and better ways to things that others find difficult! Their ultimate goal is to get things done, so that results can be achieved. For example, a result oriented business analyst will be able to understand the right requirements, without thinking about the challenges involved, and work towards results without failing. Result oriented people are always focused towards improving their performance in the organization and achieving desired goals within stipulated time frame. Hence, they are an asset for the organizations to maintain.
